Pale lemon colour. The nose is slightly herbaceous, offering floral notes and nuances of smoke, quince, green apple, and melon. The palate is saline and somewhat bitter, with beautiful minerality and nuances of apricots, yellow plums, and gooseberries. The wine shows equilibrated acidity and moderate weight. Pleasantly bittern on the finish, good persistence.
