The palate is fruity, elegant, precise and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful tension, a beautiful finesse, dynamism / peps, a beautiful texture, concentration as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized mandarin, crystallized lemon, orange zest and praline associated with touches of date, Zante currants, dried apricot, candied raspberry as well as fine / discreet hints of dried fruit and sandalwood / cedar. Good length.
