The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a fine richness as well as a fine racy power. It reveals notes of crushed wild blackberry, cassis and small notes of black berries associated with fine touches of wild blueberry, slight hints of Cuben pepper, cardamom, toasted as well as very discreet hints of spices and dry local vegetation. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a beautiful tension, a beautiful definition, precision, a fine linear side, a beautiful juiciness, elegance as well as a fine and very discreetly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy black cherry and small notes of blackberry associated with a hint of crushed wild strawberry as well as slight toasted hints, Cuben pepper, spices and a subtle hint of rosemary (in the background). Tannins are elegant and supple. Good length. There are very slight hints of cocoa / tonka bean and Bourbon vanilla / almond on the persistence.
