The nose is muted a bit, needs some air, later revealing notes of pollen and flower honey. The palate is completely dry, with piercing acidity, balanced weight and structure, elevated intensity of citrus fruits (pomelos and ripe lemons), some elderflower, a touch of ginger and spices. Long, succulent finish.
