This gin is perfectly transparent without any colors or reflects. It is shiny and limpid. It is aromatic. As soon as it is poured, we can smell some aromas of lychee and juniper. We do also have some pepper and a lot of citrus fruits. Orange, lime, citron. There are also flowers like orange blossom and citrus leaves. It’s smooth and delicate. The mouth has got a smooth attack, round with a light acidity. We do find green citrus fruits : lime, combawa, combawa leaf, clementine leaf. It’s very aromatic with floral notes in the middle of the mouth and at the end like lemon and orange blossoms. We can feel also turpentine oil and conifer touches. It’s refreshing. The finish is also all about citrus fruits, maybe more on the green clementine.
