The mouth is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced et offers jutosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy wild strawberry, crunchy cherry and small notes of crunchy/juicy blackberry associated with fine touches of violet as well as discreet hints of liquorice stick and a subtle hint of spices.
