The nose is fruity and aromatic. It reveals notes of boysenberry, cassis and small notes of Sichuan pepper associated with touches of wild strawberry, flowers, hints of spices as well as a very discreet hint of grove and Zan. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acid frame, a small minerality, a small tension as well as a slight suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy / acidulous red berries, cassis and small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of fleshy raspberry as well as hints of violet, cassis bud / grove and slight hints of spices. Tannins are fine and well-built.
