Vallegre – Vinhas Velhas – Reserva Especial 2013 – Douro

The nose is fruity, gourmand, relatively elegant and offers powerful. It reveals notes of chocolate, crushed blackberry and slight touch of blueberry associated with a hint of violet as well as a discreet hint of toasted. The palate is fruity, fine, sleek, silky, well-balanced, a bit silky and offers a mineral frame, elegance, fat as well as a beautiful roundness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, blueberry jelly and slight hints of wild strawberry associated with small notes of chocolate and liquorice. Tannins are well-built and slightly dry.
