The nose is fruity, structured and offers power. It reveals notes of cassis and wild berries associated with touches of small wild red berries, slight touches of plum as well as touches of scrubland, black olive and spices. The palate is fruity juicy, well-balanced, very discreetly tight and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, minerality, a slight suavity as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and small notes of fleshy raspberry / strawberry associated with touches of juicy plum, violet, flowers, very discreet caramelization / toasted hints as well as an imperceptible hint of tonka bean. Tannins are well-built and discreetly firm.
