The nose is mineral, precise and offers a certain tension as well as precision. It reveals notes of pulpy/fresh cherry, violet and small notes of wild fresh small black berries associated with touches of local grove/sense of the place (local biotop) as well as discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, a beautiful definition, purity as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy cherry, bright purple plum and small notes of bright cassis associated with touches of violet, lilac, slight hints of olive, oleander as well as discreet hints of nutmeg, sweet spices and black olive.
