Beautiful complex and racy nose. It offers a certain gourmandize. It reveals notes of boysenberry, sage and small notes of sense of place (local biotop) associated with touches of crushed raspberry as well as discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity and offers mentality, precision, delicacy in its touch and a certain power in precision/ control. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy cherry, crushed raspberry and small notes of juicy/ pulpy cassis associated with touches of cornflower, rosemary/ sage as well as discreet hints of racy minerality, crushed redcurrants and sweet spices. Beautiful juiciness and delicacy in its fat and gourmandize.
