The nose is finely tight and offers a small power as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of pulpy cherry, pulpy strawberry, small notes of crushed violet plum associated with fine touches of crushed blueberry, laurel, cornflower and a discreet hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a small gourmandize as well as a very fine unctuosity, suavity and a beautiful acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cherry, crunchy raspberry, small notes of small pulpy/crushed red berries associated with touches of bright violet plum, lilac, violet as well as fine hints of local copse, nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of grey pepper (in the background). Good length. An imperceptible hint of liquorice on the persistence.
