The wine has a pale lemon color, with green highlights. The nose is chiseled, aromatic and lemony, with a distinguished and expressive minerality (notes of graphite, a touch of saline and limestone). We find notes of lime, yellow lemon, fresh lime zest and green apple. After aeration, the wine reveals gourmand notes of white peach and apricot, as well as a floral touch of apple blossom. The palate is lively, with tension and gourmandise at the same time. The attack is chiselled and lemony (lime, yellow lemon, grapefruit with good bitterness), the mid-palate is enveloping and gourmand (it expresses the flavors of white peach and crunchy apricot), the finish is persistent, with salivating acidity, good bitterness, mineral (saline, graphite) and herbaceous (hay) notes. A fragrant, expressive and tense wine.
