The wine has a pale rose gold colour. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is aromatic on the fruits with yellow peach and melon. With air, it’s fresh with lemon blossom and blond sand. We perceive a little orgeat and delicate flowers like mock orange. The attack is fresh with cavaillon melon and yellow melon. There is a little white pepper and floral notes that develop in the mid-palate on violet and also pear. The whole is fresh, pretty. The finish does not drag on and leaves a light saline imprint on the tip of the tongue.
