Vajra, Luigi Baudana – Dragon 2023 – Langhe Bianco

Beautiful fruity, elegant nose that offers delicacy and a certain energy. There are notes of peach, crunchy peach and small notes of fresh lychee associated with slight hints of citrus fruits and a subtle hint of flint and a discreet chiseled side. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandise, an acidulous frame and precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy peach, peach blossom and small notes of pulpy apple associated with a subtle hint almost citrus fruits/ sweet grapefruit as well as a subtle almost pineapple hint. Precise and slightly firm finish. Subtle tannic hint on the finish/ perssitence both in its aroma and structure.
