The nose is fresh and offers a slight concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, boysenberry, violet and small notes of liquorice associated with small touches of caramelization, small toasted touches as well as a very discreet hint of menthol. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, silky, racy and offers a beautiful definition, a good structure, freshness, gourmandise as well as minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black cherry, cassis and small notes of plum associated with small touches of red berries, crushed / fresh raspberry as well as slight touches of licorice, tobacco, slight toasted touches, vanilla, cardamom and discreet hints of chocolate. Good length and good persistence.
