(Bottled in August 2019) The nose is aromatic, elegant and beautifully defined / charming. It reveals notes of caramelized peach, quince and dried zest / potpourri associated with fine touches of dried mirabelle plum, a hint of grapefruit / dried lemon as well as a hint of white flowers, caramelization and an imperceptible hint of Timut pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise, elegant and offers a juicy / slightly acidulous frame, gourmandize, a good definition as well as a very fine straightness. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of caramelized apple, caramelized nectarine and small notes of caramelized lemon associated with small touches of caramelized mandarin as well as fine hints of white flowers, pâtisseries as well as discreet hints of vanilla, hazelnut and a subtle hint of cinnamon / sweet spices.
