This Umeshu has a beautiful orange-brown color. It is shiny and cloudy in the appearance of nectar. The nose is fruity and tangy with notes of plum and apricot. We also smell grains and an umami aspect is also felt. With air we have nice notes of flowers such are violet. The palate is fresh, soft with this very pleasant texture of nectar which brings roundness. There is a nice acidity with hints of plum and apricot. The finale is delicate with umami.
