The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is aromatic, fruity, with a nice mineral frame. It expresses the notes of juicy green pear, apricot, yellow peach, lemon, lime, green apple, as well as subtle hints of lemon blossom, apple blossom, fresh grass and a touche of minerality (wet stone). On the palate, the wine offers tangy citrus notes (lemon, lemon zest, grapefruit), associated with notes of juicy stone fruits (white peach, apricot), apple blossom, cut grass and wet stone in the background. The finish is moderately persistent, but fruity and refreshing. Good acidity and a delicate bitterness on the finish.
