Trenel 2021 – Viré-Clessé

The nose is fruity, racy and offers a certain power and fine complexity. There are notes of green apple, verbena and, more slightly, quenette, combined with hints of peach blossom, crunchy peach and fine spices. The palate is fruity and reveals juiciness, acidity, good definition, smoothness, some freshness and a fine, precise tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of kumquat, quenette and, more lightly, crisp apple, combined with hints of crisp peach, peach blossom and yuzu, as well as fine points of racy minerality, a subtle, almost toasty, vanilla touch, and an imperceptible hint of saltiness in the background. Good length.
