The wine shows an intense golden colour, bright and vivid. The nose is rich, aromatic, revealing notes of ripe (even overripe) yellow apple, quince, a touch of lemon and sweet spices in the echo. The palate is zesty and almost pungent with elevated, stimulating acidity, nice freshness and tightness, powerful fruitiness and an elegant mineral frame. The yellow orchard fruits on the palate are complicated by a nice saline touch. Juicy, succulent finish with a light bitterness in the aftertaste.
