The wine shows a vivid lemon colour with a silver tinge. The nose is slightly reductive, smoky, with nuances of ripe yellow lemons and apples emerging with aeration. The palate is rich and opulent, with a delicate acetic touch, revealing notes of ripe apples, a lot of floral notes of honeysuckle and flower honey, a touch of grapefruit and quince. The texture carries through with a nice, citrusy grip. The finish is succulent and refreshing with a fine mineral edge.
