Totò Navarra – Maribu 2023 – Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG

The nose presents of fruit, a floral side, spices, a racy aromatics and a certain aromatic depth. It reveals notes of cherry, small wild red berries and small notes of crushed cassis, associated with fine touches of small creamy fruits, fine hints of almost fresh balsamic, warm olive tree and an imperceptible hint of almost juniper berries. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, it offers energy and vibrancy. It also presents a little coating fat, a fine spherical side and good work on the good bitters. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cherry, small crushed red berries, combined with touches of fresh flowers, olive tree, a hint of juniper berry, cassis, as well as fine hints of maceron and local grove. A fine sappy side in the background. The tannins are clean, precise, finely marked, sappy and fresh, and need polishing. Freshness. An imperceptible hint of almost cocoa in the background.
