The nose expresses gourmandise, even sweetness in its notes of candied citrus fruits (candied lemon peel, candied orange), pastry (lemon curd, orange sabayon), mint in syrup, sweet flower honey, as well as youthful notes of fresh flowers (not wilted flowers), fresh herbs (peppermint) and in a racy minerality. On the palate, the wine offers a lot of finesse, a lively acidity and a present, but fine foam. It expresses the flavors of lime and pomelo peels, candied orange peels, candied lemon peels, lemon juice, honey, as well as a mineral touch of chalk and a hint of Honey. The finish is tangy and fresh.
