The nose is marked by notes of aging on lees, complex and gourmand. It expresses the aromas of brioche, yogurt, toast, as well as honey, menthol, wild mint (even peppermint), combined with the fruitiness of lemon zest, orange, grapefruit and dried pineapple. The palate is reserved in attack, but develops after aeration towards notes of fresh and candied citrus fruits (yellow lemon and orange), fresh herbs (especially towards a hint of mint), fresh flowers, a touch of brioche and sweet spices, complemented by a slight bitterness and a nice acidity. The finish is tangy and lively, quite persistent. A gourmand wine, but a little reserved.
