The nose is fruity and offers concentration, deepness,a certain intensity, precision and a slight straightness. It reveals notes of wild bright small black berries, black plum and small notes of violet associated with touches of plum tree flowers, hints of pepper, sweet spices as well as a slight hint of black olive and sage. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a mineral frame, acidulity, tension as well as precision. Concentration in precision/ balance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of bright/pulpy red fruits associated with touches of strawberry, badian, local grove as well as slight hints of black olive. Beautiful minerality and freshness. Beautiful work on good bitterness.
