The wine has a pale lemon straw color. The first nose is fruity and intense. There are notes of candied lemon and apricot. The second nose is more mineral, greener with notes of lime and citrus leaf. The palate is fresh and fruity. There are notes of lemon, juicy peach as well as apple. There is a controlled acidity and a beautiful texture on the palate which coats the palate. We finish the tasting with small buttered wedges.
