Tissot- Maire – Crémant de Jura Blanc de Blancs Brut-12%

The crémant has a light straw yellow color with numerous bubbles. It has a nice effervescence. The first nose is intense with a mineral side that stands out. We have a very beautiful fruit with apple but also juicy white peach. It’s very clear, crystal clear. We also have a slightly petroleum side, a little green apple, a little floral. The second nose is more delicate. The palate is fine, direct with a beautiful delicate effervescence. We find these aromas of crunchy green apple but also a very nice minerality. The acidity is very well balanced with a nice salivation. The aromas are discreet with a hint of bitterness on the finish of lemon.
