The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a fine unctuosity, a fine suavity, a fine acid frame, a beautiful guideline, good precision as well as dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy apple, Williams pear, quince and small notes of beeswax associated with discreet touches of racy minerality, small yellow fruits, a discreet hint of exotic fruits (quenette, crunchy pineapple …) and an imperceptible hint of salinity and olive tree / flowers. Good length.
