The nose is aromatic, fine and offers a slight intensity/concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, plum and slight notes of cassis cream, a hint of raspberry as well as slight woody touches, olive, a discreet hint of garrigue and a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, gourmand, suave, nicely round, ample, well-built and offers a beautiful fat, a slight freshness, a good structure as well as a beautiful juiciness/acidity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry jam, juicy cassis and slight notes of small juicy berries, fleshy strawberry associated with slight notes of plum, toasted oak as well as a discreet hint of Tonka bean and tea. Good length.
