It reveals notes of ripe pear and slight notes of fleshy brugnon associated with discreet hints of pâtisseries, mirabelle, quince, a subtle hint of lemon as well as a very discreet hint of zest and smoke. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, straight, precise and gourmand. In the mouth this Whisky expresses notes of quince / lemon, pâtisseries and discreet hints of quenette / exotic fruits, jasmine associated with a subtle hint of beeswax, a very discreet hint of grilled oak, smoked as well as an imperceptible hint of gray pepper on the aftertaste. Good length. The aftertaste is finely powerful.
