The nose is elegant, precise, frank, fresh and ample. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, crushed wild strawberry and small notes of fleshy cassis, associated with touches of small brilliant fruits, infusion, as well as discreet hints of cornflower, licorice stick and a subtle hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, mineral, elegant, gourmand and offers a tangy frame, precision, tension, suppleness and gourmandise. In mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, brilliant/pulpy violet plum and small notes of brilliant strawberry, associated with touches of small crushed red berries, as well as hints of bourbon vanilla, a subtle hint of infusion, graphene and tonka bean. Good length. Tannins are mellow and gourmand.
