The nose is gourmand, fresh and powerful. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, wild cassis and slight touches of crushed blackberry combined with fine / discreet touches of wood, cocoa, spices as well as subtle hints of cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful mineral / juicy frame, gourmandise, juiciness as well as a beautiful tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy strawberry, fleshy raspberry and jammy redcurrant combined with touches of cherry, juicy cassis as well as subtle touches of toasted oak and chocolate. Tannins are well-built and elegant. Good length.
