The nose offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of small red berries, blackberry, cherry, small notes of cassis associated with touches of spices, fine hints of pepper and a very discreet hint of saffron. The mouth is fruity, a little on the reserve, finely tight and offers freshness, gourmandize, a certain controlled richness, a good definition, a nice fresh/bright fruit and density. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy raspberry, small bright red berries, small notes of bright cherry associated with touches of bright cassis, tonka bean/mocha, racy minerality as well as fine hints of spices and toasted. Good length. The tannins are finely marked.
