The nose is gourmand. It reveals notes of vanilla, caramel and Pomme d’Amour (candy apple) associated with touches of fruits in syrup, toasted oaky touches and a discreet touch of honey. The palate is round, powerful and fine. It expresses notes of caramel buttered with Rum and crème brulée associated with slight notes of grape, a hint of candied fruit, flowers and vanilla as well as touches of raisins and slight oaky notes. Good length and persistence.
