Tertre Roteboeuf 2021 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Tertre Roteboeuf 2021 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Beautiful, gourmand and aromatic nose that offers deepness as well as spices/pepper. We find notes of crushed strawberry, Madagascar pepper and small notes of roasted cherry associated with touches of fleshy/juicy red plum as well as fine almost rosemary hints, lily as well as a subtle hint of spices. The palate is beautifully fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, precision, tension as well as a very discreet and good bitterness. A beautiful wine that expresses roasted-juicy fruits and beautiful brilliance of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy roasted strawberry, bright blackberry and small notes of fresh/pulpy purple plum associated with touches of pulpy cherry as well as fine hints of mocha, roasted, toasted, nutmeg and a subtle touch of sense of place (local biotop). A beautiful, gourmand and complete wine, full of balance and brilliance. Tannins are elegant, mellow and racy. Beautiful persistence.
