The nose is gourmand (even unctuous) and offers energy, lovely texture and depth. We find notes of creamy peach, fleshy apple and small notes of small, ripe fruits associated with touches of salt as well as fine creamy hints and a discreet floral/verbena hint. The palate is well-built, supple, gourmand, juicy and offers a tangy frame, tension, purity, acidulous, iodine side, lovely structure and good energy. Finesse and delicacy in its definition.
