The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose offers gourmandise, roundness, as well as a beautiful freshness. It expresses notes of white peach, crunchy apricot, fresh lemon zest, dried lemon zest, a hintof grapefruit bitterness, green apple, white flowers (acacia, dried chamomile, infused dried linden), as well as a slight touch of smoke and spice (saffron), fresh hazelnut and raw butter. The palate offers around and fruity attack, which develops in a tangy mid-palate and a finish with a hint of good bitterness.We find notes of white peach, fresh lemon, grated lemon zest, green apple, acacia, lime blossom, and a touch of saffron and butter on the finish. Beautiful crunchy and chiseled acidity. The finish is persistent, with notes of bitter grapefruit. Beautiful freshness and gourmandise;
