The wine has a pale apricot color. The initial nose is light with a hint of iodine. The second nose opens with delicate hints of strawberries as well as that same iodine, almost mineral note. The palate is iodine-infused, fresh, and tangy on the attack. There are iodine-infused vegetal notes as well as lemon juice and a hint of purple plum. The aromas are discreet. It’s juicy and refreshing.
