The wine has a pale color that draws on the melon. The nose is fresh, smoky and fruity. There are tangy notes of roasted peach as well as olive branch with hints of garrigue and fine touches of crunchy red berries. The palate is fresh with roundness and an acidulous structure. There are notes of lemon juice and small crunchy red fruits. There is a slight bitterness on the finish which leaves the whole refreshing.
