The wine is pale, bright and limpid with a light rose gold rosé color. The first nose is aromatic with a vinous, mineral, smoky aspect. A saline touch also appears. After aeration, salinity is still present. The fruits are discreet with some orange zest, mango and yellow peach. The tasting is fresh and tangy. We find discreet peach and lemon zest. The minerality reveals an imperceptible note of thyme in the background. The mid-palate is salivating, fast, on a finish that is still tangy with apricot.
