This rosé has a pale melon color. The nose is intense and fresh with citrus fruits such as lemon and pink grapefruit. The second nose is even more intense and delicious with notes of juicy peach, strawberry and apple. The palate is fresh with a refreshing acidity from the attack. We find citrus notes on lemon but also small crunchy fruits like blackberry and strawberry. We have this salivating acidity which continues until the finish. Simple and efficient.
