The rosé has a clear and bright melon color. The nose is intense on grapefruit and lemon leaf. We also perceive hints of lemon as well as passion fruit. The second nose is aromatic with a fine touch of juicy yellow peach. However, we find a lot of citrus fruits as on the first nose and always a gourmet exotic note. The palate is fresh, fruity with notes of lemon, grapefruit and peach. There is a creamy side and a hint of bitterness in the mid-palate. The whole thing is refreshing.
