The wine has a lovely bright pale coral color. The nose is fresh and fruity with a hint of acidity. There are notes of juicy vine peach, apricot and blood orange. We perceive a discreet hint of pear. The palate is fresh, minty and tangy. We have a beautiful mineral frame that provides support. There are notes of vine peach, small crunchy and tangy red fruits such as ripe gooseberry as well as racy minerality. The acidity continues in the finish. We even have a hint of cinnamon apple in the back of the mouth. Pleasant.
