The nose is fruity, fresh, chiselled and offers minerality, precision, as well as a fine pulpiness. We find notes of lychee, quenette and small notes of fresh crunchy pear, associated with touches of crunchy mirabelle plum, as well as a floral hint. The palate is fruity, technical and frank. The effervescence is dynamic and precise. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy green apple, brugnon and crunchy pineapple, combined with fine hints of lemon. Good length. Good persistence with acidity and crispness.
