The nose is fruity, fresh, intense and offers a certain concentration. There are notes of fairly ripe cassis, small roasted-elegant red fruits and small notes of crushed blueberry, associated with touches of violet, pulpy plum, as well as hints of chocolate, colas/ liquorice and fine hints of almost candied orange. The palate is well-built, fruity, elegant, racy and offers breed and depth. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, fairly ripe blueberry and small notes of chocolate/cocoa nibs, combined with floral touches, a hint of sage, as well as fine hints of sweet spices, small crushed red fruits and a hint of almost thyme.
