The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration and a slight straightness. It reveals notes of black cherry, elderberries and small notes of small black fruits associated with discreet hints of grove, a very discreet hint of black olive as well as very discreet hints of tobacco, toasted/caramelization and tonka bean. The palate is mineral, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a small suavity, gourmandise, a racy minerality, a small juiciness, a slight tension, a good structure as well as a bit areal side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberry, juicy wild red berries associated with small touches of elderberry, liquorice, tonka bean, slight hints of blond tobacco as well as a discreet hint of caramelization (in the background). Tannins are fine, a bit firm and straight. There is a very discreet hint of dark chocolate on the persistence. Beautiful and gourmande persistence.
