The nose offers a certain power, concentration as well as a beautiful finesse and intensity of the grain. There are notes of wild blackberry, pepper and small notes of wild cassis associated with touches of spices, a hint of darkness as well as discreet hints of dry local soil, olive tree leaf and sweet tobacco. The mouth is beautifuly built, fruity and offers a beautiful freshness / minerality, energy, a certain purity, a good definition, a slightly powerdery texture as well as beautiful matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy blackberry, bright quetsche plum and small notes of roasted small red fruits associated with touches of crushed strawberry, chocolate / tonka bean, black olive, toast as well as a subtle hint of sense of place (local biotop), graphene and toast. Beautiful persistence. Sapid and savory tannins. Beautiful definition and gourmandise. Beautiful persistence and work on the good bitterness. Beautiful texture and chewiness.
