The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers complexity as well as finesse. It reveals notes of wild blackberries, wild berries and small notes of Cuben pepper, scrubland / thyme associated with discreet hints of tonka bean, caramelization and Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a slight acidulous frame as well as minerality. Beautiful precision of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, bigarreau cherry and small juicy red berries associated with small touches of fleshy raspberry as well as discreet hints of black olive, crushed blue fruits, rose / flowers, discreet hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of tonka bean / soil. Tannins are fine and very discreetly firm. Good length.
