The nose is spicy and a bit tight. It needs to be decanted. There are notes of local grove, Penja pepper and small notes of black berries associated with touches of nutmeg. The mouth is beautifuly-built, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, slightly tight in its structure and offers tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ fresh cherry, fresh cassis and small notes of brigth plum associated with touches of violet, tobacco as well as hints of sense of place (local biotop) as well as a discreet hint of cardamom, camphor and tonka bean. Sapid and chewy tannins. Gourmandise.
